About What's The most
One deceptively simple question.
A trail of credible sources.
What’s the most wildest fact in the world? That’s the question behind everything we do. We seek to rank the real things in our world, using only sourced, verifiable facts, not folklore, not guesswork.
Our Story
Too much noise. Not enough truth.
Our story started with the understanding that the internet has too much noise: online content with no basis in truth, viral videos that are close to impossible to verify, AI lifting content, and people consuming it for little value in return.
We seek to do it differently.
Our brand, What’s The Most, only provides claims that come from reputable sources, assisted by AI, but checked by real humans. Our team of editors and content creators offer you fascinating facts about our real world — all backed up by real sources and studies. Come and experience the wonderful world we live in, through us.
The World, Ranked.
Extreme claims.
Grounded in facts.
The Standard
We run through the evidence for every claim.
Before a fact makes it onto this site, it’s checked against a real, citable source — Guinness World Records, IUCN, National Geographic, peer-reviewed research, museum and university archives. If we can’t confirm it, we don’t publish it as fact. No folklore. No rounded-up numbers. No “trust us.”
We cite reputable sources.
The people at What’s The Most are content creators, not researchers or subject matter experts. While we don’t have first-hand experience or expertise, we find credible and trustworthy sources when presenting our claims. There will never be a random article or an unverified viral claim. A few of the references we draw from:
Guinness World Records · National Geographic · Britannica · Smithsonian · IUCN · Science · PNAS · National Library of Medicine · eLife · ScienceDirect · ScienceDaily · Australian Museum
All content is verified by an actual human.
AI helps us research faster, but nothing gets published until every paragraph reads clearly and a real editor has checked it against the source.
We correct our mistakes.
Spot an error? Tell us, and we’ll fix it — no burying it, no pretending it didn’t happen. We encourage you to contact us if you find a mistake.
